So it was basically my call to make a move on it. 2 weeks into the purchase and no regrets yet! Can't imagine settling for another average dealer and average sales person after that. hopefully they have the vehicle I want when I decide to get another car. Professional ( Dylan ) in the last week I purchased a vehicle from AUTORAMA . For me, car buying experiences are always bad, A. because I am super picky, B. super particula in the last week I purchased a vehicle from AUTORAMA . For me, car buying experiences are always bad, A. because I am super picky, B. super particular, and C. I ultimately have very bad luck in life. I did attempt to purchase the same vehicle at another dealership a couple weeks earlier because they had the vehicle I was interested in, but as you can imagine, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My deal was cancelled on me after I was approved for Financing because the manager saw that I was catching onto their price inconsistencies. I noticed that AUTORAMA had a much better vehicle and I contacted them asking for the impossible. I wanted a very low interest rate that I was already approved for with the previous dealer and I wanted the payments to stay the same for this $4,0000.00 more expensive vehicle. Please when you are shopping at this location understand in advance that their prices are priced as low as they can go and they are not making huge profit on the sale, and on the extras. I was able to purchase this vehicle at the very low interest rate as DYLAN HADDADIAN totally sympathized with me. I was beyond happy with DYLAN professionalism. Even when my Carproof on my trade came back worse then I had known, DYLAN still did his best to help me to purchase this vehicle. DYLAN went above and beyond, they were honest, they spent alot of time with me and my boyfriend and they helped me as best as they could. Thank you AUTORAMA, I love my new MERCEDES ML. More

They messed up my credit application I looked at an ML 350 and left them a deposit. They were dragging their feet on the financing and when I told them I'd found another vehicle instead o I looked at an ML 350 and left them a deposit. Now contacting OMVIC to file a complaint. Unethical business practice. More
