Although most of the information provided by David regarding our prospective vehicle was correct, there was some information provided that was false, such as tire tread wear remaining. Additionally, David was unable to provide any paperwork detailing the work completed by the dealership before being put up for sale, but assured us the brakes had been replaced. During the discussions, David highly recommended the gold package 3rd party Peoples Choice Warranty. My wife and I went for a test drive, left the dealership and discussed the vehicle. After consideration, we called back to the dealership later and made the offer to purchase the vehicle for sticker price, without the optional warranty. David informed us we were being risky and he would have to check with his manager and call us back in an hour. After not hearing from him, the next day we called him and he advised his manager prefers to sell the vehicles with the warranty and that there was now someone else interested who was going to take the warranty so his manager was going to give him the option to purchase the vehicle first because they would make more money and that was just business.... Stay away from this dealership. They are an award winning dealership because of their high profits but they are more interested in maximizing income that getting customers the right package. More

I was left with such a good impression that I believe it should top the list of dealerships to consider when planning your first / next car purchase. I was greeted by a gentleman, Adrian, very knowledgeable, sincere and quite patient. He addressed all my questions and concerns very professionally. He surpassed my expectations from a sales person as he did go far and beyond to help me get the car I so badly wanted. I am a mechanic by trade and I deal with dealerships and customers on daily basis. It was very important to me to see how this dealership reconditions their cars prior to sale, and the service that they provide to their customers after the transaction. Their safety procedure in fact was absolutely flawless and the cosmetic looks of their cars are on point according to the vehicle's age and KMs. Also the customer service was pretty much consistent before and after the sale as I needed Ray's help for a minor repair after purchase, and without a question I was looked after. Their transparency and keeping in touch with me throughout the entire transaction were also big factors of my trust to this company. I want to thank Autorama for having such a systematic operation that makes customers feel at ease throughout their vehicle shopping experience, also big thanks to David, Amir, and Ray. Poor Customer Service & Harassment after Deal was Made My basic info, birth date was wrong on the loan application. They told me it will be corrected when i pick up vehicle after a week but it wasnt. When i asked them, guys were trying to be over-smart with me stating its done on the back end and with the bank itself. I called the bank and spend 45 mins trying to figure out on the day of pick up and it wasnt corrected with them. Autorama wasnt accepting the fact that it wasnt done when the bank was saying birth date is still wrong. Overcharged me for the license number plates, and after I found out that my sticker was only valid for 6 months when they charged me 1 year fees, the car sales rep Sam was too busy answering my phone calls I wrote a review on Google about this dealership and then we though about calling me to return my money if I take off his review. Think 100 times before buying car from this dealership, very bad experience unfortunately. Worst Sales Rep and people working there. More
