I recently had an appointment to put my snow tires on. Uoon arrival I was told it is going to take at least 3 hours. Staffing issues. No offer of ride or vehicle. Perhaps if you are that short staffed Uoon arrival I was told it is going to take at least 3 hours. Staffing issues. No offer of ride or vehicle. Perhaps if you are that short staffed, the appointment should have been moved to another day. I completely understand you cannot control your team calling in sick etc., but it should not affect your clients. More
