I recently had the winter maintenance on my 2013 RAV-4. Booking the appointment online was convenient. Checking in for my appointment went smoothly--staff were welcomoing and friendly. During the maintenance, staff advised me that the spark plugs had never been changed. While the plugs were still okay, I was given the option of having them changed to prevent possible problems in the future. No pressure--just a clear explanation of the benefit of getting new spark plugs. I agreed. I'm very pleased with the courteous, professional service. More

I usually book through a service advisor because the only disappointment is the call centre who don’t seem to be able to book what I need. My most recent problem was with our RAV4, it was a problem with the infotainment system. I got an appointment within two days and it was fixed in two hours. Excellent service. More
