As usual, my experience was quick and efficient. Having said this, I would like to point out that I made the appointment 10 days to 2 weeks before this date. That experience was not great, after several rings I was connected with an individual who I felt was not efficient and did not speak proper English. My appointment was slotted in for 10:15 am. When I arrived the individual could not find my name and asked for my phone number. She then told me my appointment was for 8:15 a.m., but I could be fitted in. She was very pleasant and accommodating and all ended well. I have never, in all the years dealing with Autoline, had a similar occurrence. Just wanted to let you know that I was not pleased with this situation, but as I said, it all ended well. More

I recently had the winter maintenance on my 2013 RAV-4. Booking the appointment online was convenient. Checking in for my appointment went smoothly--staff were welcomoing and friendly. While the plugs were still okay, I was given the option of having them changed to prevent possible problems in the future.
