Lucia, Matt and Rick made me feel good and did not apply an ounce of pressure. I walked out a proud new owner of a 2013 Santa Fe. I was given an EXTREMELY good deal to accommodate my wants and budget. Words cannot express how much I recommend this dealership. They will bend over backwards for you, work the numbers in your favour, and allow you the time necessary to come to your own conclusion. In closing,this is my first purchase of a Hyundai. It has been all that I wanted. Great place to buy a vehicle!! Thanks to the group. More

Kevin and I were very happy with the service we received from all 3 of the sales people that served us. They gave us the best price, answered all questions asked and also offered extra things we may want t from all 3 of the sales people that served us. They gave us the best price, answered all questions asked and also offered extra things we may want to add to our car. Very friendly and personable. We did find Matt a little pushy at one point. We wanted to go have lunch next door to talk things over before purchasing and he was not too happy to see us leave the store. We even left our car there, to show him we would be back to advise him what we had decided. So I am sorry to say that kind of bothered me. But in the long run he did give us a very good deal on our car, so it all worked out in the long run. And he did his best to meet our budget also. Only one other thing happened that kind of caused a small problem for us. When the office staff ordered our car, they typed in the wrong stock number which in turn gave us the wrong vin#. This caused us to have to come back to the dealership to re-sign the papers again and go back to our insurance company again. And for us driving a car that if pulled over by the police would not have gone well for us. But all in all we are very happy. Accidents happen and we are all human and all make mistakes at some point. So thank you very much, we love out car and its the first Hyundai we have owned. More

Well let's just say that this is the WORSE car dealership I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. And as a successful young businesswoman I have dealt with plenty including a Toronto dealership I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. And as a successful young businesswoman I have dealt with plenty including a Toronto BMW company where I bought my vehicle outright with cash. I have owned everything from Ford to Mercedes. I have never had the "pleasure" of dealing with such conniving sniveling xxxxxxxx as Matt Thompson and Ryan Perault and advise anyone who has any dealings with these two to run and run as fast as you can. I went with my brother to help him trade in his car and after some going back and forth our father got involved as my brother doesn't know the ins and outs of cars. He talked Thompson down to a reasonable payment plan and interest rate. However, my father was foolish and did this via phone instead of internet. Like rats when these two were emailed the following Monday, two days later, Thompson and Perault said that they would not be able to agree to the arranged payment. Perault even went so far as to say he wasn't part of the conversation when I had talked to the weasel over the weekend, and I happen to possess a photographic memory. Again if you deal with these people, be prepared to be ripped off. More
