Dean was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Everyone was very accommodating to our situation since they knew we were coming from out of town and the weather wasn' throughout the entire process. The Tucson we purchased was priced very well compared to similar, and it was worth the drive from London area to Niagara Falls. We have purchased several used vehicles before and this was the easiest and less stressful. Thanks Dean! More

I recently purchased a pre-owned Hyundai Tuscon from this dealership and from the moment we entered the showroom, we were greeted in a warm and courteous manner from all the employees we encountered! Ryan B dealership and from the moment we entered the showroom, we were greeted in a warm and courteous manner from all the employees we encountered! Ryan Billings was the salesman that approached my father and I to see how we could be assisted and the General Manager, Amillio Papparelli welcomed us with a solid handshake. Ryan then proceeded to show us a Tuscon which met all my requirements and escorted us on our test drive. We also viewed the Sante Fe which was also a lovely car but was slightly larger than what I needed. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the Tuscon and its features. The whole process of purchasing the car was painless and we weren't felt to be pressured at all into purchasing. Ryan even took the time to go over some of the incredible features of my new car on the day that I picked up the car. Jaqui O'Shannahan, the Business Manager, was also very friendly and lovely to work with. My father and I were very impressed with the dealership and would recommend it to any of our friends and family. If anyone were in the market for a new car, not only is the lineup of Hyundai cars worth taking a look at, this dealership and its employees would only add to your car buying experience!! More

Late, on a cold evening I was greeted by Ryan. I asked to look at a couple used 2012 Santa Fe's. We had a very nice casual conversation. The end result is I'm the proud owner of a 2014 Santa Fe Sport Working with R2 was pleasant and I never felt pressured. He was very welled informed and put me at ease. My experience at AutoValue Hyundai was great. My father and I together purchased two brand new Hyundai Elantra Limited's with Nav, and the sales consultant (Lucia) and general manager (Amelio) were excelle and I together purchased two brand new Hyundai Elantra Limited's with Nav, and the sales consultant (Lucia) and general manager (Amelio) were excellent through the whole process. From the moment we first walked into the dealership, they ensured we were taken care of as quickly as possible, and the entire sales experience was very positive. They were very willing to negotiate and reach an agreement favorable to both parties. Excellent customer service and great staff. Highly recommeded!! More

After doing quite a bit of research on what car I wanted to buy, I decided to go with the Hyundai Elantra GL. The Hyundai team was extremely friendly and worked within my price range. They assured me my car insurance would go down after I expressed some concern about insuring a new car. Since buying my new car my insurance has in fact went down $30. The whole process was quick and painless and I feel all my needs were addressed. Mike walked me though all the cars features and also installed my winter floor mats for me. I am in love with my new car and I can feel at ease driving it knowing that I have an 8 year warranty with 8 years of CAA service. More

When I purchased my vehicle, the dealership was going to put an automatic remote starter in it for me. When I called the service department and spoke with Karen she said since she lives in the same town as put an automatic remote starter in it for me. When I called the service department and spoke with Karen she said since she lives in the same town as I do, she would pick my vehicle up for me and bring into the dealer and then she would bring it back that night for me. Karen even went an extra step, since I had no vehicle to get home from work she offered to pick me up from work and drive me home. I have never had that kind of service from any other dealership before. I would give Karen a high recommendation for anyone to bring their vehicle to her to get their car fixed or what they need done. More
