My experience with Hyundai To whom it may concern: I am not a fan of car shopping. The whole idea of going from one car lot to another and dealing with their sales people really To whom it may concern: I am not a fan of car shopping. The whole idea of going from one car lot to another and dealing with their sales people really disturbed me. I procrastinated for months and delayed my purchase until I absolutely had no choice but to go out searching. After visiting several car lots, I eventually came to Hyundai and I met Mr. David Kaluba, your young sales representative. He was very easy to talk to and explained things in a manner that I could understand without passing judgement on my ignorance of cars. He's a funny guy and I liked him instantly. I told him his mother raised him well. When I made my choice on what car to purchase, I was introduced to the Financial Manager, Jessica Bennici. What a great employee. You really need recognize how well this young lady does her job. She is very personable, thorough and informative. Jessica really went out of her way to make sure I was attended to in the best possible way. Very impressive. Please take the time to acknowledge these people as I have taken the time to write this.
