I went in about 2 weeks prior to my purchase, and spoke with William and Mustafa. Gave them my need & want list in what I am looking for. Within a week, there it was. My fully loaded 2011 GLK350! William took my trade in and gave me a very fair value. The whole transaction, my trade in, financial paperwork, insurance swap... everything what just so easy. Jay did a great job easing me and assuring it is all taken care of. Mustafa really took care of me and treated me like family. Spent the time to show me how my new vehicle operates, tips. I had some specific request which was all done and on delivery day, I was so impressed with all the attention to detail they put in my sale. Nivine kept in touch with me on my service requests. Michael runs the service department and it truly is dealership quality. With Nivine and Michael at helm, I can rest assure any future service upkeep will be taken care of professionally and top notch. I am so honored to transition from a business dealing to now an extended family who values relationship with their clients. The best part is seeing that this is how they treat all customers who walk in the door; old or new. This is my first purchase with Auto Price and now my forever dealership and service provider. I recently purchased a Lexus GS 350 from Auto Price Canada Mississauga Location and the treatment I recieved from the team was outstanding! I've been to many dealerships including Lexus/Infiniti/BMW/Mercedes and the professionalism and the care that Auto Price Canada provided was top notch, even a better experience than those mentioned. When I first I inquired about the vehicle with Roger Barakat, I was treated with a welcoming and honest attitude. Which made the purchasing decision very easy, and it was the best decision made as I've visited many other dealerships and was not impressed. Upon purchasing the vehicle, I was greeted by Mustafa/William and Jay who made the purchasing transaction very smooth and headache free. Mustafa/William and Jay made you feel like part of their family, as they were very welcoming and made sure that you felt comfortable and at ease. They actually care about the relationships between their clients which was very transparent, as they are always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I had also taken my vehicle to be serviced at Auto Price Canada Mississauga, and the service team which included Michael/Nivine and the technician Jorge was very well knowledgeable and friendly. Micheal provided an outstanding customer experience as he was very attentive in answering any questions, and made you feel at home. There are very few service locations you can trust now a days, and very few dealerships show this much care towards their clients after they purchase a vehicle, but Auto Price goes above and beyond to care and assist. I will be back for my next scheduled maintenance with Auto Price Canada Mississauga as I know I am in good hands with them.
