I recently purchased a Lexus GS 350 from Auto Price Canada Mississauga Location and the treatment I recieved from the team was outstanding! I've been to many dealerships including Lexus/Infiniti/BMW/Mercedes and the professionalism and the care that Auto Price Canada provided was top notch, even a better experience than those mentioned. When I first I inquired about the vehicle with Roger Barakat, I was treated with a welcoming and honest attitude. Which made the purchasing decision very easy, and it was the best decision made as I've visited many other dealerships and was not impressed. Upon purchasing the vehicle, I was greeted by Mustafa/William and Jay who made the purchasing transaction very smooth and headache free. Mustafa/William and Jay made you feel like part of their family, as they were very welcoming and made sure that you felt comfortable and at ease. They actually care about the relationships between their clients which was very transparent, as they are always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I had also taken my vehicle to be serviced at Auto Price Canada Mississauga, and the service team which included Michael/Nivine and the technician Jorge was very well knowledgeable and friendly. Micheal provided an outstanding customer experience as he was very attentive in answering any questions, and made you feel at home. There are very few service locations you can trust now a days, and very few dealerships show this much care towards their clients after they purchase a vehicle, but Auto Price goes above and beyond to care and assist. I will be back for my next scheduled maintenance with Auto Price Canada Mississauga as I know I am in good hands with them. I purchased a loaded 2011 Lexus IS250 with 58,000kms. Overall this has been an excellent purchasing experience. Having gone through new car purchases with the likes of Audi, BMW and M.B., the quality and attention to detail throughout the lifecycle was not far off from any of the big import luxury auto manufacturers (minus Starbucks Espresso machine of course). Special note should go to the team effort, not in ultimately "making the sale", but in ensuring each person involved contributed something meaningful, and that my expectation level was met. The spotless, well lit and large showroom (of what seemed to be about 100 recent model year vehicles!) is a no pressure sales environment, I was able to walk around at my leisure for over an hour in the pleasant environment to look at, sit in, and examine, many different vehicles that I had not previously considered. This helped me realize what vehicle would ultimately fit my needs that I would of not considered otherwise. The one thing I want to emphasise is that the vehicles are all priced very competitively, so don’t expect to negotiate down too much. You really won’t have to. Roger, my Sales Associate, and first contact there, was honest and forthright. Mustafa, the General Manager ensured that anything that was not within Rogers level of approval, was delivered to my satisfaction (my bar is set fairly high so this isn’t an easy task!). Jay, the Finance Manager spent as much time as we needed, gave me options that I had not considered, and helped educate me on some of the finer nuances of vehicle purchases that aren’t always evident/publicized to the average consumer by automotive retailers. My first experience with Service was with Nivine, the Service Advisor. Her pleasant demeanour, honest attitude, and infectious smile, was a great first experience. This was followed up with a service order that involved minor adjustments to a recent complete brake job that was done to ensure the vehicle met all M.O.T. Standards when the Safety was done. I may add there was no cost to myself for this visit and the work was done within a couple of hours, and, I got to speak to the Automotive Technician directly, which is always informative (to me at least). I would not hesitate in recommending AutoPrice to anyone looking for a near-new alternative to purchasing a brand new vehicle, while saving a substantial amount of money at the same time. More
