My experience began when a friend recommended autoprice to me, so I naively believed him. After applying for financing I hadn't heard any response back for days, so I called and inquired about the status of my loan and Mushafa said he was still waiting to hear back from the bank and it won't take more then another half an hour. Four days have now past and I have heard nothing, not even a simple and considerate denial. At this point, Im now relieved he never called me back because I would be embarrassed to have done business with this fool! P.S Your competition now has it! More

Their customer service was top notch, not only would they remain open late, I saw them allowing test drives even at 10PM when they're supposed to be closed. Speaking of test drives, they freely allowed me to take the car out on my own, without supervision, which is rare for dealers. I should point out that me being especially anal, I literally had a clipboard and a full inspection check-list a few pages long of all the things to check for, and Mori didn't bat an eyelash and left me alone to inspect for as long as I pleased before the test drive. They further allowed me to borrow the car for a half-day so I could have the car inspected by my guy (www.safecar.ca), which it passed with flying colours. I had some hesitations about the remain treadwear on the tires, but the inspector agreed with what Mori said (not relevant here). The sales process was smooth and they had the car serviced and the transmission fluid changed and even some electronic issues fixed by their in-house repair shop - all free of charge. I'd been in the market for my preferred car for many months, and their price happened to be very reasonable (low) though I cannot speak for their other cars/stock. There were virtually no games or manipulation. I thought they'd put pressure at least when they saw my pregnant wife on the second test drive, but they didn't use that as leverage (knowing I needed a car soon for the baby). They offered unlimited oil changes every 5K for $300 for life of ownership and I crunched the numbers and I'd break even in 2.5 years (the synthetic oil option for $400 would not break even for 4 years almost) which I took. I realize I sound as though I work for the Autoprice, but honestly, I owed them this much. I'd definitely recommend them to friends. Thanks, Farooq More
