Effortless, upfront and efficient Buying a new (used) car is exciting but the usual sales experience can be anywhere from tedious to like going to the dentist for a root canal. Paul was perfectly accommodating and a wealth of info during the test drives and after, very forthcoming without being pushy. Kitch got us through the financing and warranty options like they were nothing, again no pressure. We ended up purchasing the full extended warranty and protection packages, in part because the Lexus we ended up with was obviously a well-looked-after vehicle (as was the other one we looked at, which is something AutoPark insists on when choosing their inventory) and we are determined to keep it that way. Couldn't recommend these guys more and will definitely tell all family/friends/coworkers this is the place to go. More

Autopark Mississauga was recommended to me on more than one occasion, as was a specific salesperson. Paul Rizzuto was recommended in many of the reviews by people who dealt with him in the past. As this was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, I had many questions. Paul walked me through the process step by step, answering each of my questions. I was treated with a great deal of respect and I was put at ease by Paul thorough knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in and what would be required of me, financially. What I was most impressed with however, was, after my purchase was completed. Paul continued to follow up with me. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the whole experience, and that if I needed anything else to give him a call. Most sales people I have encountered in the past have been great at the sale, but, the customer becomes basically forgotten once the sale is complete. More importantly he made sure my car was delivered with in two days for the date i requested which is totally unbelievable effort. I have and will, absolutely recommend Paul to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. Not only, did make the experience a great one, he MADE the experience. Also Kitch and Kim the finance team were so quick and flawless. They had everything prepped for me by the time is reached their office. They have been great and hoping for same service in future too. do not believe there life time motor warranty. I bought my car from them when they were in Burlington and have also purchased two other cars from them over last 6 years. Things were great until after the sale now mind you this was at there old location. I purchased a car that cost me almost 40k I had a motor problem lets just say my five year old car is going to the junk yard motor is done. There so called life time motor warranty is a scam and the service I received was horrible about just got told sorry about your luck your not covered. I was not even asked to bring it in or anything just dismissed over the phone great service so called manager Adam. I can not believe all these happy so called customers I was also screwed over on the fine print on my sale from a sales man also named Adam probably same guy. All I got to say is make sure you read everything very closely I know that was my fault and do not be fooled by gimmicks and false promises get everything in writing even though they are still advertising this same so called warranty online. They lost a good customer that purchased multiple cars due to lies alone good luck. I am now buy a brand new vehicle from Toyota hope that works out better. This was my very first time purchasing a vehicle, and I was dreading the process because of all the horror stories you hear about shady car dealerships. I was looking for a used small simple car for work commute, and the car I found there was arguably the cheapest one they have in their inventory. You'd think they would give me sub-par services because of the price, but they did not. They even went over and above to exceed my expectations. I had the pleasure to work with Bob, who was amazingly attentive throughout the process. He made sure everything was done with accuracy, and provided explanations where needed. He was very open and honest. After I confirmed the purchase, I noticed the bumper was loose, and had very minor scratches, so I notified Bob about the loose bumper. When I went to pick up the car tonight, the bumper was good as new, even the scratches were gone! Turns out they actually replaced the entire bumper and even repainted it, at absolutely no cost to me. Bob personally made sure the car was free of issues. The man was true to his words, he takes care of you and your car. Thank you Bob, Kim, and Margaret, my first car purchase went flawless and hassle free thanks to their professional and attentive services.
