Regret doing business with this Dealership! Got a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan just last Nov 2015 . We thought that everything was fine with the vehicle it was safety and certified by them, brought Got a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan just last Nov 2015 . We thought that everything was fine with the vehicle it was safety and certified by them, brought the car to the mechanic today for a change Oil, and was not expecting what the mechanic said " how did this vehicle passed the safety". I don't know if Auto park does some magic to the vehicle for it to pass the safety, but seems like it., I think they're just into the Money!. they do not think of their customers safety!. I feel like that I really made a big mistake dealing with this dealership. Thinking that this is my very first car loan. Trusted this Dealership, But I now regret doing business with them. More

A very,very pleasant visit It all started when my son was looking for a BMW specific model which he saw it on AutoPark site. So we decided to go to the Mississauga location to It all started when my son was looking for a BMW specific model which he saw it on AutoPark site. So we decided to go to the Mississauga location to see the car.As we arrived we were greeted by Bob Duguid.sales representative. We started talking about the vehicle and the rest is history.Due to Bob's way to do business we end up buying the vehicle.We pointed out a few things needed to be done before we pick up the car which he did.He kept his promise to fix everything and keep us as a very happy and pleased customers. He also took us to the business manager Kim Ferraro .She explained us very clearly everything and due to the way she conducted the process we end up buying an extended warranty too. The whole process went so smooth between Bob and Kim that now my son is the proud owner of a pre- owned BMW. I am in the same kind of business,but let me tell you this.People like Bob Duguid are very hard to find.The young salespeople coming in this business should learn and listen from people like Bob if they want to succeed. Also the fact that both of the people I had to deal with it {Bob and Kim) did not pressure us in buying the vehicle or any other products made the whole process very pleasant. They understood that customers do not want to be pressured and they succeded in closing the deal. Bob and Kim please keep up the good work you are doing for your company. I am hopping that your company appreciates your way to do businness and your comitment to make sure that your company trives and prosper. Once again thank you Bob and Kim. ps If one of my friends or anybody else I know will be on the market of buying a good used vehicle your company will come first. I know that in this business it is very hard to satisfy every body,but you both did just that. I know one person you guys made him happy,which is my son. Didn't give what they promised When we bought our vehicle at Autopark we had some minor things that needed to be fixed before picking the vechile up and gave them more than enough t When we bought our vehicle at Autopark we had some minor things that needed to be fixed before picking the vechile up and gave them more than enough time to fix everything that was promised and also written in our contract. When we went to pick up the vehicle they very unprofessionally came to take our payment as soon as we walked in the door and then told us that the things that were suppose to be fixed were not fixed. I would not buy another vechile from Autopark. Bad service and bad communication. More

Remarkable experience from beginning to end I came across a vehicle online that I wanted to come in to see and test drive. I met Paul R who immediately reached out to help with my inquiry.
