I am not one to write reviews on any of my purchaces but I feel I really need to for my experience at Autopark Burlington. I have actually purchased 3 vehicles from them over the last two years and I have I feel I really need to for my experience at Autopark Burlington. I have actually purchased 3 vehicles from them over the last two years and I have dealt with Dave Slessor each time as well as his sales manager Don Murray. I have to say that Dave is by far the most honest and helpful car salesman I have ever dealt with. Right from the first time I went there I hooked up with Dave and he really helped in our choosing of a new van, which ended up being a Nissan Quest. Dave answered each and everyone of our questions, and if he didn't have the answer he found it for me. Now I will say that they are basically a no haggle type of dealership but that really wasn't an issue as their vehicles are all somewhat newer and with fairly low mileage, especially compared to some other large used car dealerships that I have shopped at. As for dealing with Dave, he was awesome, he actually steered us towards a vehicle that cost significantly less than the one we originally went to look at, and it turned out that it was a fantastic van and we hand no issues what so ever that we had it. Unfortunately is was totaled in an accident so of course my wife and I went right back to Autopark and made sure we went on a day that Dave was working. At that time we really didn't know what we wanted to purchase as they didn't have any more Nissan Quest's, but we spent hours that day with Dave and in the end we ended up purchasing a Jeep Commander, again a fantastic vehicle. With this one I purchased the exteneded warranty and turned out I had some trouble with the transmission in the Jeep and all of that was taken car of at Autopark hassle free. After it was fixed we decided that we were going to trade the Jeep, just because it was vary hard of fuel, so again I dealt with Dave and his sales manager Don. With out any trouble at all Dave was able to work the deal out for us to trade the Jeep back to them, after having it for 6 months, on a 2008 Nissan Altima 2.5S. They were by far fair with the trade and we can't be happier with the new car. So please do yourself a favour when looking for a new used vehicle and give Dave Slessor at Autopark in Burlington a call, you won't regret it at all, just a fantastic guy to deal with. I think I should add that I live near London Ontario, and it was very much worth my while to make the drive to Burlington. More
Found the vehicle we were looking for at a good price. Trade in was within Black Book range and within our set budget. The whole experience was fun and dealing with Britney was a pleasure. Recently, I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle. When making such a large purchase I make certain to do my research and ask questions of people around me that have made similar purchases. Autopark Burlington was recommended to me on more than one occassion, as was a specific salesperson. Jim Glenn was recommended to me twice by people who have dealt with him in the past. As this was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, I had many questions. Mr. Glenn walked me through the process step by step, answering each of my questions. I was treated with a great deal of respect and I was put at ease by Mr. Glenn's thorough knowledge of the vehicles I was interested in and what would be required of me, financially. What I was most impressed with however, was, after my purchase was completed. Mr. Glenn continued to follow up with me. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the whole experience, and that if I needed anything else to give him a call. Most sales people I have encountered in the past have been great at the sale, but, the customer becomes basically forgotten once the sale is complete. Mr. Glenn did not do that, and that is what puts him above other sales people. He took my preconceptions of purchasing a car and quashed them. He was also very helpful. We did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. He even brought in another car from one of your other locations for us to look at. We emailed him numerous times with questions and he always responded promptly. The car was ready and waiting for us on pick up day.
