I was looking for a Mercedes diesel for some time already. When I saw that on the web that Autopark had two cars for offer, I went to see them without calling ahead. Ken greeted us from the entrance already. When I saw that on the web that Autopark had two cars for offer, I went to see them without calling ahead. Ken greeted us from the entrance and he made our search very easygoing. It was a snowy day so he had to remove all the snow from the car first before we did a test drive. He was very patient with all our questions and even recommended another business to get winter tires for the car. Even after the deal was done and I had taken the car home he insured that a minor glitch was resolved promptly by his service manager. To Krista, Thank you so much for the attention given to resolve the minor battery warning promptly. She went above and beyond to ensure everything is resolved in a professional manner. Now, this is customer service that I have not seen in many places. You should be proud of that. More

We accidently dropped by Autopark, Brampton on Nov 9, 2013. We had been thinking for some time about getting a newer, sportier car to replace our much tinkered (and loved) 2001 Acura EL 1.7. That’s when 2013. We had been thinking for some time about getting a newer, sportier car to replace our much tinkered (and loved) 2001 Acura EL 1.7. That’s when we met Annie Alexander… We had our eyes set on Toyota Corolla S type sedans – because they provided the comfort, quality feel and the economy any middle-class family yearns for. We admit that we are very ‘picky’ buyers, and always try to eke out the extra value for every dollar we spend. It took as almost 3 months from Nov 2013 – till Jan 2014 to decide on a car and make the commitment to buy it. Annie had always been by our side supporting us through the decision making process, and finally the procurement of the vehicle itself. Through this process – we had never felt alienated, or being cajoled into making a decision (things that usually are very common practices in conventional/contemporary car dealerships). Annie gave us the time and space to choose a vehicle which will give us the satisfaction and utility we wanted. Usually, most sales people (and the businesses employing them) would consider job to be done after the financial transaction has been made and the good/article delivered to customer. But, this is NOT the case with Annie and her employer Autopark. What makes the service provided stand-out is the excellent (immaculate) aftersales service and coordination provided. It is simply amazing to know that this lady would sacrifice hours off her day-off to come and assist her customers at the showroom, even days after they had bought the vehicle. We are very pleased to say that we would definitely be coming back to Autopark for our next or second vehicle. Autopark does not merely sells vehicles, it goes beyond the normal definition of ‘sales’ as it provides its customers with quality and sustainable solutions to ensure their transport needs are met whilst ensuring quality, comfort and satisfaction are met to the optimum. Thank you Annie… (and Patrick and Krista) at Autopark, Brampton!!! Having sold the good old Acura to our friend (for half a song), we no are all set to enjoy the shiny Toyota Corolla S we have purchased from Autopark! Regards, Vathsy and Mano More
We had a very good experience with a knowledgeable staff. If answers to questions were not readily available, Paras found them for us. The Salesperson Paras was not pushy to buy a car and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. His customer service skills are excellent. I first saw an ad on auto trader for a Mercedes but due to credit score issues it wasn't relaistic , so ken put a car line up together for me with certain options in mind( manual transmission ,etc). Ken was helpful with knowing vehicle history , specs and all information/questions I had. I was very particular in the car I wanted so he was very patience and nice with me , he made a big effort and spent a lot of time with me in person and over the phone. Fraiser was kind and friendly and in my opinion very good at what he does , at first I was approved through 2 banks , 1 at 29.9% and other at 26% but do to that higher interest the monthly payments were past what I was willing to spend , I was ready to give up but a day later frasier called with good news from a 3rd bank (auto capital ) willing to do 18.9%. And with that I was able to get the car. The monthly payments were in my price range now. Fasier also spent a lot of time going through the paper work with me making sure I understand everything ( The Fees, GAP , 12 Month walkaway, the factory warrenty remaning ). Overall I was very happy with the experience , the price of the car was ok they didn't drop the price at all , I thought could off been little better due to the condition of rims, couple chips around car, the rotors are little rough, the windshield wipers are no good have to buy new ones , I think the car should of been 100% so I don't have to invest money already in a car I just bought , it was 30 days from when I first contacted auto park to the time of me getting my car , they all were very kind and patience with me , I am very happy and would recommend this dealership to family and friends. More
