I was advised that the car would be thoroughly looked over to ensure it was running smoothly on all accounts. The vehicle did take longer than initially perceived. Throughout the waiting time I was given a loaner car to suffice my needs. I appreciated this greatly as I was in need of transportation for normal day routines. Paras communicated with me every step of the way which made the waiting period that much easier because I was kept apprised of all that was taking place. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left Paras and Margaret made me feel very welcome, especially since I walked in the door at 5:45pm on a Saturday evening. I apologized that I was going to keep them past closing and they had no issues with it at all. We went out to look at the vehicle and I could not believe the amazing condition it was in. I had just come from another dealership and their cars were a mess with stains all over. This car looked brand new on the inside and the outside. It smelt fresh and there were no stains anywhere. When we went for a test drive I had no issues or complaints about the vehicle. By the time we got back from the test drive it was after 6pm and they were not rushing me or pushing me out the door. The first thing Paras did when we went back into the office was printed out the car proof and he went through it with me to explain anything that was found on it. In this case there were no accidents or anything like that listed. I explained to him that even though they are doing a full safety and certification on the vehicle I would still like my mechanic to take a look at it and he just said tell me when I need to be there. They have no issue having someone else look at it as they know they are selling vehicles in amazing condition. This is the place to go if your are in the market for a used car!!!! More

Being in the automotive sales industry in Florida for many years, both as a sales person and presently as the Internet sales manager with both Ford and Nissan, my friend asked me to accompany him as he a many years, both as a sales person and presently as the Internet sales manager with both Ford and Nissan, my friend asked me to accompany him as he attempted to purchase a pre-owned Nissan Maxima while I was on vacation in Brampton over the Christmas. The reason it has taken me so long is that quite often dealers make many unkempt promises to "close the deal" Having personally witnessed the good, bad and the ugly when it comes to the vehicle buying experience I personally took this as a challenge and an opportunity to witness a Canadian dealership in action. Believe me I went in there ready for a fight......After a thrilling test drive with Precy, we were welcomed into the building by what felt like everyone on staff including the sales manager Margaret. She was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable and and sensing my friend's apprehension she took the extra time and steps to assure him....(nice touch Margaret). Once the decision was made to move forward, thankfully without any undue pressure we entered the (Dreaded Finance office) again mentally preparing for a fight. Again what a pleasant surprise Al was professional, thorough and concise. The reason it took me 3 mths to write this review is that I deliberately waited to see if AutoPark would have delivered on their promises and stood behind their product, which they did and my friend is still extremely happy with his new car and the exceptional service that he received. I myself, am now back in Florida but you Canadians can teach those Americans a thing or two about customer service....Very Impressed. Way to go guys.........keep up the good work!!!!! More

He actually suggested a car we never thought of owning because it would be out of our budget but at Autopark it was surprisingly affordable. Now we have the car of our dreams thanks to Paras!!
