Pleasant way to buy a vehicle. I went to this site last week and after looking around the lot for 20 minutes no one came to see me to ask if I needed help. I returned today on the recommendation of my husband and immediately was greeted by Paul Cosentino. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. Great Service I saw the vehicle on the cargarus website and proceeded to call AutoPark Barrie. 5 star experience! We found the car we were looking for on auto trader (Dodge Durango) and called the dealer to ask a few questions; Ivan answered the phone and answered We found the car we were looking for on auto trader (Dodge Durango) and called the dealer to ask a few questions; Ivan answered the phone and answered everything right away so I could discuss with my husband. I called Ivan back the next day (a Saturday) to arrange to see the Durango. We took the almost 2 hour drive up to Barrie (from Mississauga) and were greeted by a few very friendly sales people, Ivan let us go out for a test drive, we came back to ask a few further questions. Ivan was never pushy (as we have experienced at other dealers) he never chained us to his desk, as dealerships usually do. He even suggested that if we needed time to think about it we could leave for lunch etc... we didn't end up needing time and we took the deal right away, it was priced right on so there was no need to negotiate the price. While finishing up paper work with Shannon (who was also amazing and helpful) Ivan literally baby sat our 8 month old and 2 year old (the kids loved him!!) we were out the door shortly after and had our Durango less then a week later! We have zero complaints about this dealership and we will definitely be back to search for a second car in the future! More
