He made sure we were aware of everything we needed to know. We had to travel 280 km from North Bay to purchase the vehicle. Tyler was supposed to be in at 3 o’clock, but in order for us to get home before dark, he came into work at 1:30 to hand the vehicle over to us complete the deal. We are senior citizens and were impressed with the manner in which the Tyler, Shannon Franchi and the sales manager treated us.
