Very stressful process. There was poor communication with this sales representative and he seemed more aggressive to sell rather than eager to help me in my buying process. There was poor communication with this sales representative and he seemed more aggressive to sell rather than eager to help me in my buying process. My family has been buying new and used BMWs for more than 10 years now, and have always had great customer service experiences. But this experience was absolutely atrocious, and makes me question his competence in his role. There was a lack of communication, and nothing was ready when it was time to pick up the car. When I did receive the car (a week after the initial purchase), the sales rep could not find the key or matts, and the interior wasn’t properly detailed. The system was not factory set, and the previous owner’s information was still in the car. I will never be coming back here. More
Stood in the shop for 10 minutes, but no one came by. Asked the receptionist to see if she can get anyone to come and help us. We stood near the receptionist and saw her dose off and did nothing for 15 minutes until we asked again which, she replied with "I'll look into it" and proceeds to do nothing again. Finally, a sales rep came and told us that we can only test drive vehicles once we paid the deposit. Yes, we would love to spend thousands of dollars on a car that we have never driven before. More

AutoWest BMW has exceeded my expectations in every respect. My sales rep, Aaron Xin was helpful with advice when ordering the car I had already decided on. He kept me advised of the expected delivery and the pandemic caused changes in a very timely manner. He gave me a thorough rundown of all the features of the vehicle and his recommended starting settings for the adjustable controls and instrumentation. Edgar the service advisor got the service department to diagnose a minor engine sensor fault and and got me going while they waited for the part. PJ was the service advisor for the installation of that part and the work was done very quickly and all the staff were, to a person, cheerful, efficient and very polite. And I love my 330e. More
Very Poor service for BMW. Did an alignment one month ago, no mention of issues, today, 2 tires need to be replaced - severe wear. Amplifier under Driver's seat burned/fried, smelled smoke, very concerning for a car with less than 60km. But only too happy to charge $3400 to fix. DC charge would not work, no possible explanation, just more diagnostic time. DC charge was a paid upgrade when New. I3 battery under warranty but will not check unless car will not start or for a 4 hour diagnostic fee. Warranty is worthless if BMW does not stand behind it and has a process in place to ensure it is reviewed and honored. Not even a car wash, can bring it back before end of March if I like, just a bill for diagnostic for their lack of service and a $7.6K estimate to complete all of their recommended work. With slowed New Car sales due to supply chain challenges, Service Fees now clearly appear to be the focused revenue generator. Don't fix anything, just replace and at the Driver's expense, especially when off warranty. A disappointing experience to say the very least. More
