Purchased a used vehicle for 40,000 and change. Finding a sales person who would take the time to speak with me was challenging. Roll forward exactly one month( to the day) . The check engine light came on? I contacted the dealership to arrange an appointment to bring the vehicle in for diagnostics. Once I arrived at the dealership the whole "relationship" of service and support collapsed. The front line contact individual was terrible. I honestly cannot remember when I was last left feeling like I was so insignificant. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone who appreciates quality, integrity, respect and honesty. The lack of these values causes one to not trust this dealership's sales and service folks. Creating an over all negative review of this dealership. This is very sad, if the sales person would have told the truth I could have taken my business to a dealership who would have appreciated my business. Please be aware! once you purchase your vehicle and drive it off the lot, you are on your own. More
