Great Service Advisor I have had my 2011 335d in for service and usually get Andrea Kennedy as my service advisor. Never received any updates as promised, even three hours after dropping off my vehicle. Didn't bother to return calls. Even the receptionist was surprised the advisor hadn't returned my call yet. When I picked up my vehicle, she didn't even bother to quickly go over the items on the invoice, she just flipped right to the last page and told me to sign and pay. Upon closer inspection of the details on the first couple of pages, I noticed she over charged me by over $200. When I questioned her about it, she was rude and unapologetic. My previous visit was even worse! I called and purchased a set of winter tires and rims package worth over $5000. I booked the appointment two weeks in in advance to have them installed. When I arrived they told me the rims that I already paid for weren't available! No courtesy phone call, no email, nothing. If they are unwilling to take their customers seriously, then they don't deserve my business. It's unfortunate, now I have to go to Vancouver to get my service done. If you happen to get Andrea, good luck. More

Autowest BMW is UNFAIR, UNREASONABLE AND IRRESPONSIBLE! I have purchased the 2015 640i on February 2015 and the auto lamp would not automatically turn on since May 2015. After checking the car over and over I have purchased the 2015 640i on February 2015 and the auto lamp would not automatically turn on since May 2015. After checking the car over and over again, on December 8th, the auto group finally found that there was a faulty part in the car, and they need to order the part from Germany to replace it. BMW had promised me that everything would be done within 3 weeks; however, they didn't even receive the parts after 5 weeks and they took no action for that!!! I have contacted the service adviser Justin and the service manager Derek several times, and they just told me to wait or just no replies. They gave me a courtesy car 328 as replacement, and told me that all the insurance would transfer from my car to the 328. However, the courtesy car had a flat tire after I have driven 2 weeks and they said the tire insurance couldn't transfer and I must pay for the flat tire. It is almost two months now, and no one can give me reply that how long I can take me car back!! THIS IS SO UNFAIR,UNREASONABLE AND RIDUCLOUS THAT 1) i have spend 110000 dollars on 640i and they gave me 328 to drive for almost two months!! 2) No one any take action to follow up the car and get it done, but only tell customers to WAIT WAIT WAIT!! NO MATTER HOW LONG IT's GONNA TAKE, YOU JUST WAIT THERE!!!! 3) For my 640i, i have purchased the tire insurance , which means that any flat tire should be change with no extra fee. However, because of their faulty parts, I have to drive their courtesy car and when even pay 300 bucks for the flat tire! Seriously, I don't want to drive this 328 and I want to get my car back. Also, they don't transfer the tire insurance which is ridiculous, because firstly I have the insurance, secondly, it is your fault to let your customer to drive the courtesy car!!! After contacting them, they also said a random deadline, but never accomplish it!!!! I can't wait anymore, because this is consumer's rights to get my car back. I don't know how they run their company, because no one out there to solve the problem!!!! More

Parts department stopped offering 15% discount for accounts. The management is doing anti-business measures. Trying to squeeze every last penny from already overpriced parts. Hold on to your valet when you ever visit this establishment, pickpockets in suites lurking around. Stay Clear! More
IT CAN BE DONE! I factory ordered a 2015 M3 in June and received it in early October from Kelowna BMW. I called to book the 1st service appointment and was told the 1st appointment they had was 2 weeks out. I called Auto West in Richmond and made an appointment for 2 days later. Drove to Richmond arriving about 3:00 pm the afternoon prior to my appointment to see if they could keep the vehicle overnight. Yes they could! The next morning I received a call from Wayne Chen at 8:15 am, saying sorry he was calling soo early, but my vehicle had been serviced and was ready to be picked up. YES, IT CAN BE DONE! Auto West exceeded my expectations! Wayne even took the time to show me through the service center. Super experience in all respects! More
This year we purchased another BMW for the second time from Auto West BMW. In each case we were very impressed by the competence of the sales personnel; so much so this time with Brian Lam that after bui from Auto West BMW. In each case we were very impressed by the competence of the sales personnel; so much so this time with Brian Lam that after building our own X3 28 on line we decided to move up one level to the X3 35. We are also impressed by the quality of Auto West BMW service and their attention to customer personal needs such as scheduling, temporary use of replacement vehicles, and questions about the BMW technology. Purchased a used vehicle for 40,000 and change. Finding a sales person who would take the time to speak with me was challenging. Once he knew I was serious and could afford to be shopping the experience started to shift. At this time it became all about service and how the "relationship starts when you buy with us". Roll forward exactly one month( to the day) . The check engine light came on? I contacted the dealership to arrange an appointment to bring the vehicle in for diagnostics. Once I arrived at the dealership the whole "relationship" of service and support collapsed. The front line contact individual was terrible. I honestly cannot remember when I was last left feeling like I was so insignificant. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone who appreciates quality, integrity, respect and honesty. The lack of these values causes one to not trust this dealership's sales and service folks. Creating an over all negative review of this dealership. This is very sad, if the sales person would have told the truth I could have taken my business to a dealership who would have appreciated my business. Please be aware! once you purchase your vehicle and drive it off the lot, you are on your own. More
