Purchased a vehicle a few months ago, however after picking car at dealership on the way home oil light came on-had to stop and put in 1 qrt. of oil. Now after driving it for less than 2000 kms. had picking car at dealership on the way home oil light came on-had to stop and put in 1 qrt. of oil. Now after driving it for less than 2000 kms. had some issues. I took into my mechanic who found that the engine light warning had been removed and now could possibly be looking repairs to the tune of perhaps $4,000. DO NOT WHATEVER YOU DO DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. PLEASE BEWARE More

Stay away! Bought a car in April 2022 from Dean who claimed to be part owner. We have had the car for 8 months. After 4 months and past the 36 day return policy Bought a car in April 2022 from Dean who claimed to be part owner. We have had the car for 8 months. After 4 months and past the 36 day return policy we need to repair the car for $8,000 of course the extended warranty we purchased covers none of the issues the car is experiencing. We have received no help from Auto Island and surprise, surprise Dean is not part owner and doesn't work there anymore. More

*****BEWARE***** DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! I was sold a car a little over a month ago. I called the guy who sold it to me (Dean) and told him the car was having issues shortly after picking it u was sold a car a little over a month ago. I called the guy who sold it to me (Dean) and told him the car was having issues shortly after picking it up and he said that their mechanic said that everything was fine. I brought the car into my mechanic and he said that there were obvious issues with car. And I brought that to Dean's attention and he same the same thing, that the mechanic said it was fine and my concerns were ignored. So I tried to go through the extended warranty that they sold to me when I purchased the car, brought it to a transmission place, just to find out the car needs a brand new clutch and possibly flywheel!!!! We didn't even drive the car for a couple of weeks and it needs a new clutch?!?!? That's ridiculous!!!! I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service from this company. I called yesterday from my work (because he didn't call me back when I called and left a voicemail through my cell phone) asking what Dean can do for me, and he pretty much said, we can fix for you but you'll have to pay for it because the 36 day warranty with them was over. There was no support from him or any means of trying to find a solution to fix the car, even when I contacted him prior to the 36 day warranty. As I write this, I'm sitting on the side of the highway waiting for CAA to come and tow the car because the car refused to move while I was driving. I have never experienced this kind of service when I bought a car elsewhere! I am absolutely furious!!!!! NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!! More
