I cannot thank God enough for the miracle I had received the day I met Omid " David" Magsuhdi. Whaggt an more than awesome fellow. An Angel sent by God to help anybody and anyone to the best of his ability. I went to see him through recommendation of my friend who also brought his car from David and boy, it was more than a customer service that I had received. A real friendly, great fellow and very accommodating David was when he showed me the possibilites of acquiring a car even with my own credit and financial issues. And the bonus on top of that, he was able to get me a Car Insurance at a rate that is mind blowing. All I need to do is just pick up the car from him after he had settle all my worries of having a car. The icing of the cake also was a low monthly payment that is affordable and manageable even my credit was not that good to build my credit once again. I will definitely more than 1001% recommend David and Auto Island to my friends and families. David is an honest guy and understand your situation even setting you up for a good financial health in the future. David, thank you once again, we love our Hyundai 2010. Services My wife took her van for repair and the charge was $600.00 covering battery, and radiator. Within 24 hrs we had leak. I called and complained. I talked to the truck driver and explained to him that the owner will pay for the towing charge. After the car was fixed, he then charged us $200.00. Really shady / scummy dealership A while back, I was looking at an SUV at Auto Island advertised for $4,000 + tax. The rep I dealt with, PJ / Pouraya, said that the price included sa A while back, I was looking at an SUV at Auto Island advertised for $4,000 + tax. The rep I dealt with, PJ / Pouraya, said that the price included safety and emissions and I took it for a test drive. After the test drive, I decided to take a few days to make a decision and asked if he would give me the quote in writing but he said "don't worry buddy, I won't forget what we discussed, you don't need it in writing" since they also advertised that all prices included safety and emissions. A few days later, I went back and met with PJ again to negotiate and said he would knock off the cost of safety and emissions and "throw in" a rustproofing and detailing package worth $1,000. I told him that he previously said safety and emissions was included in the price but he claimed he said otherwise. When I asked his bottom price, he said that was the final price and there was no room for negotiation. When I protested and called him on his xx about the "$1,000" rustproofing / detailing package, noting that I could get rustproofing at Krown for $100 and detailing for less than $100, and asked if he would consider lowering the price and that I didn't want the rustproofing and detailing, he said the price would be the same regardless, which demonstrated just how much he was marking up his rustproofing and detailing services. He then tried to pressure me into making a deposit on the SUV, which I declined and said that I wasn't interested in if he wouldn't lower the price considering the initial price supposedly included safety and emissions and he got angry with me. I promptly left the premises and a short while later, he texted me foul messages and said I was being unreasonable. I'll never step foot into Auto Island again. PJ was a lying, xxxxxxx xxx and couldn't be trusted. I recommend if you ever get an initial quote, get it in writing and don't allow them to sell you any of their way overpriced services. Guys like PJ are the ones who give used car dealers their bad name. More
