We came in looking to buy an A4. Price was not as much of our priority. Luis helped us understand an A6 better matched our objectives. We then did a long hard look at the A6 vs. the BMW 5 series. We almost went with the 5 Series but it was like pulling teeth to get the correct info out of their sales rep. With Mercedes it was even harder to get their attention. They now have a callcentre as a barrier that just deflects back so its up to you to persist. Not sure why Mercedes would put of that kind of fortress around their sales and service folks. I just ran out of energy and gave up on them. In the end we chose the A6 and know it was the best car for what we wanted out of a car. The BMW had the sale but Luis took it from them and in the end that was the best thing that happened to us. Luis listened and never once put even the slightest pressure on. He knew how to answer our questions, deal with any objections and facilitate getting answers he could not respond to. The two brands sales reps just answered quickly and when I further researched their responses they were wrong anyway. Luis's responses where %100 correct building total trust. Even after we placed the order we still continued our research and went to the Toronto Autoshow. That only further helped reassure us we made the best choice for our needs. Luis sets the standard at managing the information flow that selling a car of those range requires. Now its up the the Audi of Mississauga Service manager to keep things on this track.. More

It is evident he takes pride in the products he sells and encourages taking the cars and letting them do most of the selling :). There were no pressure sales tactics and everything was done at our own pace. This sales practice also followed upstairs where we met Norbert. Again, very friendly and professional. Outlined the optional product upgrades and was very honest in his assessments. Just like Alex, there was no pressured sales tactics and we were given ample time to review everything. Followup's were met with very quick responses. Our entire experience was a 10/10 from the first email inquiry right to us driving off the dealer lot. I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership, as they treat you first class when you walk in the door to when you leave. Luis kept me updated on the progress of delivery of my vehicle from purchase date on, but prior to that, during the purchase phase, he worked with me to put me into a beautiful S5 at a price I could live with, as well as a car which turns heads everywhere I drive! In fact, interest rates were down by the time I picked up my new car, and I saved even more money, as Luis had promised. I would highly recommend that anyone who is in the market for an Audi, used or new, consider Audi of Mississauga.
