I compared a number of vehicles, and I recently purchased a 2014 Audi Q5 from Shane. I was in the market for a new SUV and went to a few dealerships. I compared a number of vehicles, and ultimately picked the Q5. We had purchased a car from Downtown Audi in the past, but was not happy with the customer service experience. We went back to Downtown Audi for a quote and test drive on the Q5, and after hours of negotiation, walked out because I was so frustrated. A few days later I walked into the Audi Mississauga dealership, met Shane and sat down for a bit. He offered me a fair price (below what Downtown Audi offered). He didn't pressure me to purchase, and actually encouraged that I go home and think about it. I called him a few days later, and went back in to get the deal done. Such an enjoyable experience. More

My First Audi I walked into Audi of Mississauga to begin my search for a new Audi. I had no appointment and was randomly met by Luigi Exconde. Luigi is young and I walked into Audi of Mississauga to begin my search for a new Audi. I had no appointment and was randomly met by Luigi Exconde. Luigi is young and enthusiastic and knows the Audi product very well. Luigi was very patient and he spent more than an hour going over the details of an Audi A6 TDI. At no time did I feel rushed. Given this was my first dealership I was not interested in actually purchasing a car on this visit and Luigi was fine with this. After doing my homework I returned two more times where Luigi spent a few hours with me. In the end, Luigi made a price offer that was better than the other dealers and we arranged for a third party to take my trade-in so I could obtain the HST benefit. Overall a very positive experience. More
