Honestly wish i could put -stars, got a quote from Mandy for a 2022 Audi. This is by far my first car, calculated almost $ 3000 in miscellaneous xx charges. I purchased my car here for pickup on Dec 30, 2024. The experience from pickup has not been good, as it seemed nothing was ready and my wife and I were told to initially wait 15 mins. During the wait, I filled out the relevant paperwork and transactions with staff, but seems like they missed out on properly setting up my account to recognize me as the owner. After trying to coordinate with their sales rep, Joshua Gonzales, as well as multiple calls through directly to the dealership to get this completed, I have not heard anything further, which is unacceptable. I have been told that somebody (delivery specialist, sales manager) would reach out back to me, but nothing to-date. I am a longtime fan of the brand, and appreciate the work in the dealership, but I will need to give Audi Vaughan a poor rating in my experience. Joshua has been fine, but overall, there have been gaps in the process that have unfortunately impacted my view of the dealership. I would appreciate a contact back from management to share my experience directly, and to resolve my current issue, as perhaps there’s something I’m not understanding. Thanks (2020 Audi S5) More
