I was looking for a dealer with physical availability so I could get a new car within weeks. I searched the inventory of Audi dealers in Toronto and found these guys seemed to have some cars in stock. So I I could get a new car within weeks. The next day a salesperson (Shuda Ling) contacted me and said they had three cars close to my chosen model and trim in stock. I drove all the way to this dealership rather than the ones in my area to get the car they had available. Out of the two remaining in-stock cars there was one that Shuda told me I would get it with a week so I made some trim sacrificed and ordered that. Since he was sure the car was in a port and arriving next week I gave away my car the following week. But then they called me and said the car was delayed. Week and after I was told the car was delayed. So I contacted the owner who hooked me up with the manager David Yip - who didn't take much responsibility. What's worse the salesperson denied everything he told me (He had told me he was threatened to be fired if I didn't delete a bad Google review I had left them)... Over one month later and after checking every week, I still don't have the car I ordered. They're not even giving me a loaner car to drive as every other dealer would. This is my fifth car and I never had an experience even close to this. There were delays three of the five times but never this long. What really hurts is that ALL the other dealers were responsible and helped out, gave me a loaner or tried to get the car faster. These people are so irresponsible it's actually offensive. More

I was heartbroken when my new vehicle was scratched. I walked into the service department and was met immediately by Michael Fong.
