Lost Another Audi Customer Due to Nickles and Dimes Beware of “sales” where they offer money off the retail price, then take it back with charges for “Vehicle Preparation” where they clean the car! When I offered to take the car dirty rather than pay the $395, of course they refused. When their finance department was too busy to arrange my sale for more than a week, I was accommodating for them, but Rick Brewski apparently didn’t appreciate my gesture when he used bullying tactics to negotiate with incidentals. He was rude, belligerent and condescending. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t use the same assault when he deals with men! Can’t wait to see if I get a Customer Survey from Audi Canada! More

Service really bad!!!! I have to keep going back to fix a recurring issue (hesitation when accelerating). I'm sick and tired of this dealership's incompetent. Not attentive My wife and I walked into Royal Oak Audi the other day and was never greeted by anyone. Not sure how many Sales guys were working at the time but the one Asian guy was speaking to a customer next to us. Another customer was sitting down at a desk with a sales rep and seemed to be going through details of a vehicle. A few other guys were standing behind the reception area along with two receptionists/admin. NOBODY bothered to greet or ask how they could help us or give us a timeframe on when we would be assisted (note: we were the only other customers in the showroom). We hopped into a few vehicles to check out their interior and their pricing, etc. But after 15 minutes of browsing with not a single "hello", we decided to leave. A different woman was actually walking down the stairs and looked directly at me but didn't bother saying hi. Is this supposed to be a Luxury Car Dealership? Nothing luxurious about the experience. Positive Experience from a good dealership! I didn't buy an Audi! However, my experience dealing with Vince from sales was great and if not for my expected trade-in value I would have been dr I didn't buy an Audi! However, my experience dealing with Vince from sales was great and if not for my expected trade-in value I would have been driving a Q7. I appreciate the customer-centric approach and information sharing. Vince was patient, gave us all the information we wanted, gained our trust with his straight forward approach and clarity of information. We test-drove twice, went over the inventory few times to find the perfect match and exchanged numerous emails n calls. The Q7 Technik was our first option till the time we got the numbers for our trade-in. I believe Rick tried his best in getting us the value but it didn't work out. I really liked the experience and that's how a luxury car dealership should be (I would have liked to be their customer) and I'm sure to be back when my second car's lease is up. More
