Bad service experience after being loyal customer for 5 year I came to this auto shop specifically because of the Audi brand, but I was incredibly disappointed in the service. I was having problems with my Audi I came to this auto shop specifically because of the Audi brand, but I was incredibly disappointed in the service. I was having problems with my Audi 4 low oil pressure. To solve the issue they recommended cleaning the engine. They cleaned the engine but charged me 6-hour work $2600 without showing their hourly rate on the invoice. After this expensive cleanup, the next day the low oil pressure sign came back. I took the car back to them but their response was very passive and slow, after 7 days of waiting they recommended to have another 14 hr work estimated to cost $6500. I was expecting really friendly service, fair pricing, someone to clearly explain the problems with my car to me and to drive away with the car fixed. Unfortunately, I experienced none of these things. It was really frustrating to be treated this way. With all their electronics loaded types of equipment could"t configure out why their expensive repair didn’t fix the problem. Instead, they told me over and over that there is no guarantee on fixing low oil pressure. The car was in their shop for 7 days waiting for diagnose result and still not sure if it can be fixed. I was tired of waiting and asked if I sale the car how much they can pay me for my Audi 4 2013 with 98,000K I sell the car. The sales manager said $500.00, which even cant cover the new tires cost I put n the car. After I got my car back that bumper was damaged at their shop. They denied arguing that the damage was done before the car came into the dealer. Its totally bad service. More
CPO Purchase - Rim Repairs I purchased an S7 in March and the dealer added a set of summer wheels with the transaction. Upon un-bagging them I noticed a lot of curb rash on eve I purchased an S7 in March and the dealer added a set of summer wheels with the transaction. Upon un-bagging them I noticed a lot of curb rash on every wheel and contacted Cory Watson immediately, as this was not as described. Realizing that they could have elected to take the stance of "as is, where is" I was pleasantly surprised when they chose to repair the rims, at their cost. Cory loaned me a vehicle and did the drop off and pickup at my downtown office. Yes, it was pre-owned, but this action turned this purchasing experience into an excellent experience and I would recommend this dealership. Cory was instrumental and, as a result of this experience I will now look at Royal Oak for my next purchase. More
My almost New SQ5. Andy introduced me to Eric’s demo ride. I waited almost patiently until Eric HAD to give it up. I picked it up the end of January and have enjoyed it ever since. Andy was the perfect representative for me, no pressure, no xxxxxx waste, we talk and he delivered the deal I wanted. I got a great ride that suits my needs going forward. Scott Baker has always served me well with excellent advice, the latest being go talk to Andy , he may find you what you want. Of note: Scott and Andy always know why something is the way it is. That’s the way Audi designed it LOL All in All the best Two vehicles I have driven and owned. S4 and my new SQ5 More

The staff from top to bottom is so accommodating, courteous and professional. March 2019 we took our 2017 Q7 for a recall of fuel rails and the service maintenance for one year. We got an A4 loaner seeing as we live in SE Calgary. Brayden D called later in the afternoon to say it was ready. We suggested driving in rush hour would not be enjoyable. Braydon said to bring the loaner back at our convenience in the morning which we appreciated. We returned the loaner after our exercises and after rush hour. Now that is an exceptional class act! Thanks Brayden! The knowledgeable service person,Thy D, helped me with the cell phone setup immediately. Before we left to go home, I noticed a cracked windshield on the passengers side top right corner which was not there before. It was not noted on the walk around checkup before servicing either. Not sure when or how it happened unless it was the test drive or car wash after sitting outside all night? We told Andrew, that drives shuttle service, and he took a cell phone picture. My husband went inside to talk with Scott B who came right out to look at the cracked windshield. He said "when can we put in a free windshield".. No hassle or questions asked. Works fine for us to have it done when the summer tires that are stored at Royal Oak are installed. We can also get a loaner if need be. We appreciate getting a loaner instead of being shuttled home with several stops along the way to SE Calgary It is great to have a vehicle while our Q7 is being serviced. The Royal Oak hot chocolate machine has the best tasting hot chocolate I have ever had.. I take my free AUDI travel mug to fill every time we go to NW Calgary. Thanks for going the EXTRA MILE at Royal Oak Audi Service Department! We highly recommend your superior impressive service. More

I was gleefully sold features that weren't even available in the car. They do try to nickle and dime you every opportunity that can, especially as you're right about to sign and the key is right in front of you. Their service reps, on the other hand, are completely incompetent. When you report an issue, their first reaction is always to try and bullsh!t their way out of it, with stories of why it's not 'really' a problem. Too many stories to list here, but a few times I've laughed out loud right in front of them because their responses are so ridiculous. More

The ratings on this website for the dealership seem to be quite the opposite of the many reviews from google. I thought I should at least include my positive post on this site. My wife and I both have vehicles from Royal Oak and will continue to for many years to come I hope. The staff have always been polite, professional and fair. More
NEVER BUY AN AUDI CAR!!! Worst customer service ever I bought an RS3 from the dealership and first of all the loan was approved and the finance manager called me saying before actually getting the vehicl I bought an RS3 from the dealership and first of all the loan was approved and the finance manager called me saying before actually getting the vehicle i have to buy extra Audi care package, dirty move by the dealership, shame on all of you, secondly the car came in factory defect, within one year of owning the vehicle 3 months period the car has been sitting in the body shop, i have to top off 4 times of engine oil within the 1 year because engine light came on four times, brand new car, i brought it to the service dept and the technician told me it was normal because its a new engine, as it urns out i did my first maintenance there was a oil leak, the reason i did not know because there was a cover that blocked the oil from leaking to the ground, i talked to the General Manager hoping that with all the trouble i been through, not just having the vehicle in the shop for 3 months within the one year, but taking my personal days off just to drive to dealership and have the issue, they sure have a brand name, but underneath nothing but bunch of care about money but do not care about customer people, i write this not just for myself but for other potential buyer to witness, i hope i will be the last victim to this dealership!!! More
