Buying an Audi at Audi Royal Oak It became a nightmare in my life and that of my family. I had the worst possible and unimaginable experience, with finance that seems to discriminate because I am an emig in my life and that of my family. I had the worst possible and unimaginable experience, with finance that seems to discriminate because I am an emigrant or even has xenophobia. The dealership refused to even provide transportation for me to pick up the car on the day of delivery, I had to pay the uber to receive the Audi. The nightmare is not over, the my audi system in the car does not enable my user until today, the Audi makes an annoying noise at the bottom of the passenger door, at low revs / low speeds, possibly due to a slack delivery review done anyway . The only person who was kind to me on the delivery day was the Delivery Specialist. All in all it's been a terrible nightmare for me and my family. More

Over the past 15 years as a customer, I have always had exceptional service at Royal Oak. Both with new car sales and the service department. Over the years I have dealt with most of the staff and they h exceptional service at Royal Oak. Both with new car sales and the service department. Over the years I have dealt with most of the staff and they have always been professional and courteous. I've had the odd part fail over the years on different models but they've always taken care of the issue and got me back on the road in a timely fashion. It is the quality, comfort and finish of Audi that keeps me coming back to the brand, but it is the staff that keep me coming back to this dealership. More

If you value respect and good customer service I would not recommend going with Audi when purchasing a vehicle. The treatment I received was beyond hostile and disrespectful. I had an issue with the company, they didn’t disclose the information and blamed it on me for not asking. When it’s their job as a company to be honest and integral. When I reached out to the manager of the store he was very arrogant and swept it under the rug, I reached out to all the top people in management and still got nothing. I finally reached out to the owner who didn’t reply showing his lack of respect and basic decency. They showcase the brand and company as being open and having very good customer service when In reality it’s the worst I have ever received. Take caution if you decide to go with them. More

I have been bringing my car here for over 4 years and have become a 21-Jan-22 I can't say enough about this dealership and the service they provide. I have been bringing my car here for over 4 years and have become accustomed to their very personalized service and staff, not to mention: Glenn personally taking time to assist me in understanding the workings of all the sports components they added to my vehicle in 2020 Kasia and her diligence to assist me in repairing a "broken vent" that happened when I experienced the total opposite service in Victoria (car was in for a vent motor replacement on drivers side, dealership had my car for 3 days and neither provided a courtesy car nor paid for the rental car we had to get and then delivered the car with a broken vent!! Thanks Joanne Taylor for your very very poor standard of service not to mention being very rude and unapologetic!) Thanks to everyone at Royal Oak from Ian to Kasia and the many different service employees who make the repair experience actually pleasant!! Hats off to this dealership and no wonder they won the 2021 Audi award!! Thank you! :) :) More

First time they didn’t dry up my car and second time, they did dry up but they didn’t even wash the wheels. - Don’t take accountability of their mistakes. Would avoid at all cost and don’t give your car at their detailing department. More
