Very professional customer service. Just a small carelessness. An error message showed up in my brand new Audi Q3 . Since it's the service department's careless mistake and it's only taking off an error message there's no need to do any examination why does it have to take one hour of my precious time? More

You know you are buying a quality Audi that has been thoroughly checked over and anything that doesn't meet CPO standards are fixed. We added an optional extended warranty for piece of mind and now have a near new (for us) Audi at a significant saving over purchasing new. This is the best balance between new and used. Initially we were told by reception that we would have to wait to see a salesperson, and it would be about 25 min. We were put off by that at first. He stayed 1 hour later, while all his coworkers were gone, he didn’t rush us. We ended up buying a 2019 Q3 the next day with him. When we did, he gave us a detailed understanding of all the features of the car, and was patient and pleasant during the entire process.
