We just purchased our Audi A3 although we live in Calgary as no other dealership had what we were looking for. We dealt with Jerry Zeng and he was super helpful from start to finish. I was looking for specific things in the car and Jerry made sure I got what I wanted and more. He took the time to explain all the cars features; some I didn't know about, and he put me over the top by sending several videos which made the car look even better then in the pictures. We arranged everything on the phone and when we flew in on the saturday to pick up the car everything went seamless. They even showed us how everything worked so on the drive home we could just enjoy our new ride.
