An appointment was arranged, I saw and test drove the car and was suitably impressed with both the car and Eric Chen. I had an appointment to see another one that day and asked Eric if I could call him back afterward and perhaps consulate a deal by phone. He said, "certainly". After seeing the next Q5 I quickly called Eric and made a deposit on the car. He arranged a time for me to pick it up asap.
