He gave me a quote, I paid $5000 down, got a call from the finance manager the next day that I was a Very knowledgeable and kind. He gets 5 stars. He gave me a quote, I paid $5000 down, got a call from the finance manager the next day that I was approved for financing. I was happy and ready to sign when I was told the interest rate was much higher than originally quoted. I really don’t like those last minute surprises, getting me into the dealership under falls believes instead of letting me know before that the original quote wasn’t approved. I left the building in my new car but with an unpleasant feeling attached to it. Why not being upfront about it? Those experiences are one reason why car dealerships have a reputation of squeezing money out of customers. Overall a very unpleasant experience. More
