He was respectful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He answered all my questions, never pushy, dealt with my trade and on pick up day, still provided great customer service. From texting me ahead of the meeting to say he was ready, greeting me at the door (again, I only bought a used car!!), showing us the vehicle to taking me to the business office. He communicated and guided me through to make sure the closing process was clear (letting me know he had another appointment but that insurance was next and that another gentleman was waiting to look after me to bring the vehicle down). The physical space of the dealership also added to the experience. It was spacious, clean and bright with lounge and washrooms nearby. Business office specialist, Jerry Zeng and Daisy Dekoker were great and efficient. HUB Insurance… dealt with them for years, as always, great! All in all, Audi Richmond team, you have a great end to end process. You take the time to ensure the little details and logistics are covered and covered well. Customer service really was service to the customer this time. It was very, very good and I appreciate that! Our sales advisor Paul was excellent. Very knowledgeable and kind. He gets 5 stars. He gave me a quote, I paid $5000 down, got a call from the finance manager the next day that I was a Very knowledgeable and kind. He gets 5 stars. He gave me a quote, I paid $5000 down, got a call from the finance manager the next day that I was approved for financing. I was happy and ready to sign when I was told the interest rate was much higher than originally quoted. I really don’t like those last minute surprises, getting me into the dealership under falls believes instead of letting me know before that the original quote wasn’t approved. I left the building in my new car but with an unpleasant feeling attached to it. Why not being upfront about it? Those experiences are one reason why car dealerships have a reputation of squeezing money out of customers. Overall a very unpleasant experience. More
