I would love to say that the whole experience of buying an Audi was amazing from start to end. However, there was a slight hiccup when it came time to settle my finances. I had to wait for 30 minutes even an Audi was amazing from start to end. However, there was a slight hiccup when it came time to settle my finances. I had to wait for 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. And then I discovered there was a miscommunication. I had to go all the way back home, then to the bank, and then back to Audi. But the staff more than made up for it, especially Michael. He was always so solicitous and made sure I was well taken cared of. I was especially impressed when he replied to my email requests that I made in the middle of the night. And I also got a bag full of freebies. He was very patient with answering my questions. Same with the insurance guy. (I forgot your name. Sorry.) Madilyn was nice too, easy to talk to. So, even with the slight problems I encountered, I would still rate my experience 5 stars. More

The whole experience was super smooth, David Tran was so cooperative throughout the process. Great experience, everyone was very friendly & knowledgeable. I have never had a more peaceful experience at a car lot,it did take a bit of a long time but that was not the staffs fault they were knowledgeable.
