I had a very disappointing experience at Audi Richmond while picking up my car. Financial Advisor Ashley was extremely unprofessional and made me feel discriminated against. She insisted on adding nearly $10,000 in extras to the car’s price without my consent, and when I asked to remove them, she repeatedly emphasized that my income was too low. Her facial expressions were unpleasant, and she even seemed angry when I insisted on removing the extras. My friend also expressed that we did not want the extras, and Ashley responded assertively. Additionally, she asked us to wait in the lobby while she redid the paperwork. This entire experience was deeply offensive and unprofessional. I hope Audi Richmond addresses this issue promptly. More
