Given the service at Audi Richmond with Micheal, we were not surprised Wilson was extremely considerate. He asked the right questions to make sure my wife was happy with her vehicle. One of the most notable aspects of service at Audi Richmond is the package delivery. After completing his shift at work, Ariel personally drove to my home to drop off the package. The package included cleaning supplies my wife greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, he asked if my wife was happy with her vehicle. Overall, that is fantastic example of excellent customer service.
