Dear Mr Acyl. Sorry to hear about your experience, unfortunately the recall on your car does not replace the flex pipe that is corroded and rusted thru with the years. sometimes when you move same old parts flakes of rust come off and a leak is causes.We have offered you to come and see the reason for the exhaust leak you can understand that it was not caused by us Rather than the fact that your whole exhaust system is rusted. All our clients deserve a 5 start service and unfortunatley it was not possible in your case because of the age and state of your vehicle. I have offered to repair the leak at our cost to you and that offer is still valide. Again Sorry for the misunderstanding. Thank you! Paolo Ferri Fixed Operations Manager.
