Outstanding service! Once again Audi Prestige made it an effortless pleasure to service my vehicle. Dropped off my car after work, loaner was waiting, my car was ready by Once again Audi Prestige made it an effortless pleasure to service my vehicle. Dropped off my car after work, loaner was waiting, my car was ready by noon the following day. Winter tires installed, service check done, car washed, tires stored. Received text when my car was ready and email with work order to look over in advance. Stephanie is amazing and genuinely cares about her customers!! Thank you!!! More

Worst experience ever I thought since Audi prestige is a certified Audi dealer, I wouldn’t had to worry however I was referred to Audi prestige due to a recall in terms of I thought since Audi prestige is a certified Audi dealer, I wouldn’t had to worry however I was referred to Audi prestige due to a recall in terms of passenger airbag as well as catalyst, they had my car for 6days then when I finally took my car, my muller was damaged and a huge noise was coming out of it and it smells bad, I went back to Audi prestige they had my car for a day just to call me back and say that it is not their fault and that Audi Canada wouldn’t cover the repair and it is a 10 years old car therefore it is normal for those sort of damages! I was stunned and left speechless, a such big corporation with lack of empathy or sympathy, YOU GUYS ARE THR WORST. Bad experience and exptremly disappointing dissatisfied. Guillaume was heartless and concern less over my situation and now I have to take my car else where to have it fixed properly. I will never recommend Audi prestige to anyone and my fiends In Europe and Facebook and Twitter will share this story. More
