For the first real car purchase that I've made I went to the right place. I can't say enough about the treatment that I got and the quality of service that I received. Yosef was a sales guy that I was able to trust, he was never afraid to say that he didn't know something and was able to get me the best deal possible on my new'er car. All in all I really do love my new car, and have no regrets with the purchase that I made. I would definitely recommend to others to buy from Crosby and more specifically Yosef Kamel as there was definitely a mutual respect achieved (even though I'm sure I was difficult to deal with at times, especially with all the people I brought in haha). For an avid car enthusiast and 'spirited' driver I felt right at home with the cars and people at Crosby. No body likes doing the paper work either but Andrea and Kaitlin made this process as smooth as possible and were very accommodating even when I forgot to call my insurance company (oops!). My one and only issue (which is outside of the dealerships control) is the fact that I can't buy a standard A3 in North America with quattro so I'm stuck with the two wheel drive and in two years (after the warranty is over) when I chip it I'll have to go to Costco and buy tires in bulk. Please voice my displeasure to Audi Canada/North America about this haha I mentioned it in the other Audi Canada survey so hopefully they get the point. My experience at Crosby Audi has been a great one from the start. Both my wife and I were always professionally greeted and were always asked if we wanted water/tea/coffee. The sales personal that I've talked to were warm and all seemed to have passion and knowledge about Audi products. I was originally looking for a TTS but at that time they did not have one in stock for test drive, but they did however have a TTRS in which we went for a test-drive for, even though it was ~20 minutes before closing time. I'm sure once we were done the test-drives (small car meant having a test-drive with me, and then another with my wife.) it was 20-30 minutes past closing time and yet the Yosef did not seem at all tired or upset it, but instead displayed his passion for that particular automobile and gave us estimates for my wife and I to think about. When they received another TT at the lot, Yosef was quick to let us know about it and let my wife and I to take it for a test drive and with no hassle or pressure to purchase the vehicle. He just wanted us to feel the differences and similarities between the different trim of the vehicles. As I needed to sell my vehicle before purchasing, Yosef was again friendly and helped in trying to find buyers for the vehicle. The delivery of the vehicle was with Kaitlin, again it was professional and I seemed a little anxious to drive the car away, she made sure to go through the important steps yet tried to make it as painless and quick as possible. She went through the details that I needed to know (financing/warranty service department etc...) and asked me if I wanted to go through details that were 'optional' like infotainment which I was already familiar with and didn't really require time going over it. Also, as a little plus, I got winter floor mats with the car and as they did not have any in stock, Yosef was nice enough to drop them off at my house instead of me going out of my way to pick them up... how great is that. :) Anyway, all in all. It was an exceptional experience. My wife and I bought the Tiguan at Crosby VW (attached dealership) and now the TTRS at Crosby Audi. They've shown us that they know how to treat their customers and we will keep going back to them in the future. More

Over the course of about 3 months I dealt with Yosef Kamel and chose to purchase my A5 from Crosby. I looked at other brands (BMW, Mercedes, Lexus) and really felt comfortable with the A5 and Audi. I was an existing Audi A3 owner and had purchased and serviced my car in north Toronto for four years. When it came time to change vehicles I returned to my previous dealer looking to purchase an A5. The previous dealer felt they were the only dealer. During a visit to Kitchener, I stopped to Crosby Audi on New Years Eve late afternoon to examine their inventory. I had the pleasure of meeting Dino Zunic who was gracious to spend some time answering my questions. Dino asked me for a wish list of features and options I wanted in my next vehicle by email. I sent him an email with the requests and my VIN for a trade in value and he came back with a quote that saved me thousands compared to the quote I had received from my previous dealer. The following weekend I travelled to meet with Dino to examine colour options of existing inventory. Dino was sincere to deal with and did not pressure a sale. After signing for a exterior colour and travelling home my wife indicated this was not her first choice of colour. In a phone call Dino had changed the colour with no questions asked. The level of service and attention to detail, price of the vehicle and patience was a huge factor in making my purchase. Finally, Rick Davis (service manager) who I have known for years through another automotive dealer, it was a pleasure to see him working for Crosby Audi. More
