I was shown the car with lots of detail and explained any of my concerns, seeing she was well informed on this and many other cars. Jaclyn went through every bit of detail about the sales and the Crosby experience I would be receiving by dealing with Crosby which has many perks as well. Jaclyn was very pleasant and helpful even after purchasing the call, always assuring the car was treating me well and making sure Crosby was family now. I was introduced to service and all the helpful people inside. Morgan, Maddie and Katie are few from Crosby's service side that are great to meet but even easier to work with, again very pleasant and professional. Between sales and service I'm already thinking of my next Audi. Great job and will buy again and suggest anyone interested to as well. More

Great Experience My experience started with a search on the internet. I was flipping back and forth between the Audi website (used car search tool) and the Crosby web My experience started with a search on the internet. I was flipping back and forth between the Audi website (used car search tool) and the Crosby website. I can't remember which site I submitted my information for more information, but regardless, I had a phone call within 2 hours. An appointment was made with Jaclyn. For anyone curious why I picked Crosby, it was recommened to me by a colleague, was realtively close (~1.5 hours away), had good internet reviews, and had a few cars in stock I was interested in. I met Jaclyn a few days later and things went well. She was very helpful in finding a car that was right for me. No pressure, no shady sales tactics, just helpful. She explained things during the test drive and answered questions. Since I was coming from out of town, I was not familiar with the area. Jaclyn was helpful during the test drive giving me a feel of mixed city and highway driving. She spent I'd estimate 2-3 hours with me. We were able to make a deal. My next meeting was with Andrea to work out financing. Although part of me would of preferred to do this part from home (avoid the drive), I was happy to meet Andrea and glad I did. She was very nice, professional, and explained everything to me in detail. Also, no pressure, no shady sales tactics, just helpful. The experience went smooth and I was off to the next phase. My final meeting was with Kaitlin to accept delivery of my new purchase. Everything was ready and waiting for me. Car was washed, topped up, clean, overall mint condition. Paperwork was organized and we went over everything in an efficient manner. Along the way, everything was explained and any questions answered. Overall, my entire experience was consistently great. I'd recommend this team to anyone searching. More

The test drive was a real learning experience in a very positive way. I'll also give Dino credit for advising me to be patient on the possible delivery of a vehicle that has turned out to be a runaway hit for Audi. Unfortunately, though complete freak accident, 2 of the cars rims were damaged. From that point on, I have received some of the best customer service anywhere. From getting new parts, to a loaner for a week, to Morgan spending some time to make things perfect. The personal attention was endless. But, most importantly, there is Maddie. She makes every customer feel special and attends to all of our needs. Every time I come in she remembers my name, asks about the kids and has me up and running in no time. She definitely makes the Crosby experience that much better. Considering I work in Sales, I truly appreciate top notch service. In return, they have made me a raving fan, and I send friends and family there from Oakville/Burlington all the time. Thanks for the great service More
