Not once did his professional demeanor change, he was always courteous, knowledgeable and truly knew what to say to amp up my excitement to get into this new ride. Even when I encountered an unexpected hick-up when I brought my vehicle in for the seasonal tire swap Ben was there to assist and rectify the situation immediately. Ben is truly one-of-a-kind and he redefined customer satisfaction. He is a man of his word and truly sets himself apart from the stereotypical "Sales Associate" reputation who suddenly doesn't know you anymore after you inked the deal. I've had sales people pressure me to get this and to do that all to much. Kaitlin was probably the first salesperson I have dealt with where there was not one ounce of pressure. I got to talk freely, ask any questions I had and eventually purchased the car of my dreams. She really made my car purchasing experience something I'm going to remember forever, or at least until it is overwritten by myself purchasing another Audi later on down the road. I have been back a few times since to have my car checked up on and have always been greeted by my first name and with a smile. I have always been offered a beverage and have never had to wait in a line up for an appointment or to talk to a salesperson. One huge plus for me that really made me fall in love with the dealership is that I always receive my car back cleaner than when I left it. At this point, I can honestly say that i truly feel like i am part of the Audi Family. More
