The car is amazing and I get lots of compliments on it where ever I go. I purchased a new 2017 Audi A4 back in the beginning of October of 2016 from Kaitlin and can honestly say from the moment we met, I knew I was in good I purchased a new 2017 Audi A4 back in the beginning of October of 2016 from Kaitlin and can honestly say from the moment we met, I knew I was in good hands. a bit of a background on me - I have purchased a few many cars in my life (none of which have been Audi's) so I've had my fair share of experience with salesmen and women. I've had sales people pressure me to get this and to do that all to much. Kaitlin was probably the first salesperson I have dealt with where there was not one ounce of pressure. I got to talk freely, ask any questions I had and eventually purchased the car of my dreams. She really made my car purchasing experience something I'm going to remember forever, or at least until it is overwritten by myself purchasing another Audi later on down the road. I have been back a few times since to have my car checked up on and have always been greeted by my first name and with a smile. I have always been offered a beverage and have never had to wait in a line up for an appointment or to talk to a salesperson. One huge plus for me that really made me fall in love with the dealership is that I always receive my car back cleaner than when I left it. At this point, I can honestly say that i truly feel like i am part of the Audi Family. More
