I have driven a VW for over 10+ years and dealt with Crosby every time, and I don't foresee switching anytime soon. Jeremiah was professional, prompt to answer my questions, and went above and beyond - from coordinating (thank you Rashid) the pick up of my car to have the hood guard installed, giving me another A3 to drive in the meantime, then Jeremiah made a special trip to drop off my manual and dog hammock.
