He answered all my questions and has been great at getting in touch to see how things are going. There was never any feeling of pressure and i was always encouraged to take my time and make sure the car fit my needs. I also dealt with Andrea who took me through the finance process. She was great! She answered all my questions thoroughly and made the entire experience painless. She explained all the available add-on services without any high pressure sales feeling attached, for which i was very thankful. The day I picked up my car, there was a women's only "Know your car" workshop and they invited me to join in. Ben was very accommodating and not only did i leave with a beautiful new automobile, I left with some additional mechanical knowledge and a feeling that I was part of the Audi family.
