Buying Experience My wife and I have been looking for a vehicle for the last 6 months. Part of the delay in the purchase decision was getting agreement on a car we both loved, During that time, we periodically would go back to the Crosby dealership to help us inspire consensus and explore the vehicles being show cased. Ben Hoang was our point of contact each time and I can't say enough about his professionalism, patience and customer skills in supporting us through this process. He understood our situation perfectly and made each of us feel equally important in addressing the questions and engaging in conversation. His reading of the situation was also perfect, when he let us test drive a vehicle in private to talk and discuss the model in question. That end of the journey experience sealed the deal. Alas a sale, and it was all due to Ben's genuine love of Audi cars and people. As we went through the paperwork and the options selection, he also handled an exception request to powder coat our winter tire package which really impressed us and added to our positive experience.
