Traveled over 10 hours from home to get there to see car in person, was not impressed. For a vehicle that passed a used inspection this dealerships criteria is a joke. Rear seat had a cigarette burn in it, front seat cloth was all torn up and tattered. Car constantly beeped when driving, went back to show them but they did not know how to stop it. Ended up bailing on that vehicle and had a buy a good quality Ford vehicle to get me home (traveled down with a friend). More

If you are buying a car I would recommend Jeff in Finance and JP in sales and everyone else was professional and great customer service. The building itself was clean and well-designed. Very welcoming. The staff was warm and energetic.Very helpful and everything was done without pressure or complications. I would definitely purchase another car from here down the road. Recommended. Wow!! Took my 2007 S4 in as my brakes were pulsing (tried to save the money to get it fixed from a non-dealership - what a mistake that was). Audi Edmonton Took my 2007 S4 in as my brakes were pulsing (tried to save the money to get it fixed from a non-dealership - what a mistake that was). Audi Edmonton North gave me a new Q5 while they had my car. They got the work done, provided a 1 yr warranty on parts and labour in writing. Victoria in service was very accommodating. Nicole in service is very professional. They brought me my vehicle back and took back the loaner, very convenient. Jim the driver was very polite. They washed the car for me, and kept me in the loop through the process. I never used to go to dealerships, but this experience has me sold. The Jim Patteson group should be proud that Victoria/Nicole/Jim are part of their employment, as they have secured a long term customer through their superb customer service and professionalism. The staff are friendly and helpful, without coming across as pushy. I felt like I was given ample space to browse without pressure, but always had a knowledgable staff member nearby to help me with any questions or concerns I may have. The customer service goes above and beyond, providing visitors and customers with a satisfying and comfortable experience. The comfort I felt extended beyond the front desk and sales, and the exemplary customer service continued as I interacted briefly with the service and parts departments. The building's contemporary model extends beyond architecture as well. The service department explained that they utilize some of the most technologically advanced tools and methods to ensure their customers vehicles are taken care of to the fullest extent of Audi's capabilities. The cars themselves were in pristine condition, immaculately detailed and presented in a customer-friendly way. The showroom had a wide variety of Audi models, allowing visitors to the dealership a chance to see a range of options, rather than one or two more "show" cars, as is so often seen in dealerships. No aspect of the new Audi Edmonton North dealership was overlooked. All in all, the entire facility seems to run like a synchronized machine, with each department complimenting the next. Hands down the best experience I just went in to check out the new facility but right when I walked in the door I could feel the positive vibes and energy in the building. One of there sales staff brought me to there self serve coffee station and offered to make me a coffee for while I looked around. The sales staff, service staff and parts staff are all very professional, polite, and knowledgeable about what they are selling. I know when I'm looking for my next vehicle Audi Edmonton North is going to be the first place that I go stop in to look again. It's clear that the staff all love their jobs and want to be in the dealership making each and every customer feel important and putting there wishes and needs first.
