I had to get my vehicle serviced . The check engine light was on Upon diagnosing that there were other issues . April 25, 2022 Linda and I had a great new car buying experience at Audi North Edmonton this past weekend. Edgar Chan, New Car Sales of Audi North Edmonton and I originally met on Facebook which in my experience at Audi North Edmonton this past weekend. Edgar Chan, New Car Sales of Audi North Edmonton and I originally met on Facebook which in my opinion was the golden-ticket that got the both of us into his dealership... and ultimately sold the car for him. His introduction and our communication was respectful and informative. Linda agreed with me, during our first visit to Audi North Edmonton, we both felt that Edgar is the man we want to do business with. Edgar is very patient and kind and answered all our questions. Edgar is easy and refreshing to talk to. Edgar is very-thorough in his replies and non-pressuring in his approach. Afterall, it took us 5 weeks to make a decision. Offering us a coffee or water, was welcome too. Edgar on delivery day, was just as excited for us as we were. He spent almost three hours with us, going over the car and all its sophisticated buttons and settings. That is great customer service. Good job Edgar. Stacy Myshynuik in Finance was a delight to talk to. Lots of paperwork to sign, but she clearly explained what all of them were for. She also took care of the license-plate registration too. Audi North Edmonton is a clean, bright and uncluttered dealership. Most other premier car dealerships we've been to, have tight parking lots with zero parking space for customers. Their inside vehicle delivery area is sure to be as asset on cold-weather days. Their delivery-area is clean and bright. The car was spotless on delivery day and came complete with a red bow tie. Our 2022 Audi SQ5 Progressiv (white with red interior) is a pretty cool car and continues to amaze us as we explore its technology and options. In today's chip shortage world, it was surprising to find a car for sale that had all the electronic options we wanted. Staff was friendly and helpful but corrosion warranty was denied. Reasoning for denial was damage was caused by road sand and every day wear and tear. By far worst experience when bought my SQ5, the final sale price went up $1000 without notice, when caught the difference their excuse was that was for cash only purchase, no where in the ad mentioned th sale price went up $1000 without notice, when caught the difference their excuse was that was for cash only purchase, no where in the ad mentioned that and after fighting got only $500 back. Then a year later trying to trade the car the potential buyer pulled a Carfax and it shows the car has a lien in BC from the previous owner, got on the phone with Volkswagen finance after on hold for almost 2 hours and yes the lien is active but they can’t give me any information because is personal info from the previous owner and was told to contact the dealership directly as they should not have sold me the car with the active lien. Called the dealership finance department and she said she was going to help me out 3 weeks ago, explained that I have a buyer and needed to sell the car to get a truck for work, never heard back. Called again 3 weeks later and another finance representative told me he was going to fix that and get back to me asap. Indeed he called me back a couple of hours later stating that the old lien was taken off and sent me an email with a new Carfax and a document from Audi, thanks. Called the buyer and met, showed him the “new” Carfax and he noticed there were 2 missing pages, he pulled another Carfax and honestly not surprised the old lien still active in BC. Now the buyer is gone and had to pay his deposit back and the offer to get a truck for work is off the table now because there’s another guy with the equipment ready to roll. You guys at Audi Edmonton north have been the most stressful disappointing lying experience ever and truly even I love your brand would never get an Audi again and will make sure my friends and family stay away from your business More
