From first contact via email ( less than two hours ) we were making a deal on a etron. Worked well picked what we wanted. It was very busy which is fine .Car was not detailed well, but we arrangements had to be made for it to be dropped off and redone. Also detailing the inside was not done windshield had sticky residue and few minor things . At this point we were just done with going back and fourth. We had one of the specialists( he was awesome) to drop the car off again to our place as it takes an hour for us to get in and out of Vancouver.Also the car we ordered was not what came in , we noticed the wheels were different and inquired but I think we caught them and felt they were aware of that it wasn’t the vehicle that we ordered in. Everything worked out in the end the dealership did strive to make everything work well and customer service was good. More
