It has been a year since I leased my vehicle and they still have not resolved a mistake that they made. Trying to get the staff to respond to emails or to actually resolve the issue is like pulling teeth. They rarely respond and you need to constantly follow up. This has resulted in a dent in credit rating and a massive waste of time in the past year just to get a vehicle. Lots of disorganization and unprofessionalism within the team, the reps blame and complain about each other’s incompetence to you. More

I therefore shopped and just bought a new Audi for thousands less than the offer from Audi Barrie. I recently wrote to Audi Barrie to address the poor experience and no response from the sales mgr., nor the GM. Very disappointed and so unusual...... More

Excellent! I admittedly hate car shopping! I always find the experience a little "slimy". I was shopping for a smaller SUV and was considering the Q5 (what a I admittedly hate car shopping! I always find the experience a little "slimy". I was shopping for a smaller SUV and was considering the Q5 (what a quiet and smooth ride!). I visited most of the comparable, competitive dealerships with vehicles in the same class. I can say that, hands down, I felt the most comfortable at the Barrie Audi dealership. I dealt with Matthew Adams and Tyler, who were both very personable and not pushy as I find most car sales people. They also went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision making process. Unfortunately, I decided on a different vehicle and realize I sacrificed brand and service for features for the value. Matthew remained a true professional all the way to the end, even when I had to tell him I decided to go in a different direction. I am sure I will be back one day! Thank you Mathew and Tyler! More

I believe the bill of sale was not prepared in a right manner. As a new customer I feel that Audi Barrie took advantage of my situation. Please note the following: - The car was used for 2 years but the purchase price was not reflecting the 2 years depreciation of vehicle - Comparing the price with the two quotes(purchase offers) from other Audi dealerships for the comparable un-used 2016 TDI Technick , the sale price of the vehicle from audi barrie was too high - There was $2,095.00 charge for Shipping and PDI on the used vehicle with over 32000 kilometer that was used by Audi Barrie’s staff for two years during the TDI settlement .The other dealerships were not charging shipping on their un-used 2016 TDI (Technik) - During the sale process staff answers to our question were misleading Also, please note that vehicle sales in Ontario are final, so no matter what happens they kept my $1000 deposits. General manger doesn’t return calls (doesn’t have a voice mail!) emails etc. . I have been bringing my cars with the same complain that they are unable to fix - seems like they are waiting for the warranty to run out. Oil changes - always list the same amount of L ... doesn’t matter if I drove 25k or 5k between services. STAY AWAY from this dealer! More
