Thank you for your time. Ended up purchasing a Audi A5 sportback at the dealership where we purchased & serviced our other Audi.. it was convenient, close to where my husband works. The reason why I ended up at your dealership Was because our Q5 had broke down & your dealership was the closets to take it for service. The problem was a defective part in the engine. The Timing Chain. The repair set us back $8,500.00. Not happy about that. More

Amazing sales experience with Paul! Went in thinking I couldn't get out of my 2017 Infiniti Q60 as I only had it for 2 years. Paul worked with me on numbers and I ended up getting a fully loaded 2019 Audi A6... LOVE THE CAR!! Paul gave me a test A6 for an evening to make sure I was good with everything before we even did the deal. Went thru everything with me about the car and has checked in on me post-purchase as well. I was so impressed with the dealer and Paul that my wife ended up also coming in and buying a brand new Q5! Delivery on both vehicles was easy and we even ended up winning a trip to Taboo Resort in Muskoka for the weekend with an Audi Sport car. Jerod Hallylal was extremely helpful trying to find one with the options we wanted. Ended up deciding on one with some extra options for a great price as well as getting a fair trade in for the Tahoe. Jerod did an amazing job of orienting us to the car and Eryca the financial advisor was most gracious about stay late to complete all the paperwork. Jerod took the time to call a few days later to ensure all was well and answered a few more questions. Have driven the Q5 for a week and have only positive things to say about it! More
