2nd Kia Soul from Applewood Langley, and it won't be my last Back in early 2013, I purchased my first Kia Soul from Zora Layegh at Applewood Langley, and this past weekend moved up to a 2015 model, again from Zo Back in early 2013, I purchased my first Kia Soul from Zora Layegh at Applewood Langley, and this past weekend moved up to a 2015 model, again from Zora. Both times, she listened to what I wanted and needed, and both times totally delivered the goods. When I said I was only able to make *this* much in bi-weekly payments, she heard me and met my demands. It's naturally a salesperson's job to want to up-sell, and I respect that, but I also appreciate when a salesperson listens to their customer, and makes the wheeling & dealing process a pure pleasure. I went there this past Sunday just to check out my options, and drove away at the end of the afternoon in another brand-new vehicle. I heartily recommend Zora as a salesperson, and Applewood Kia Langley as a great dealership to do business with! More

I had purchased a 2014 Kia Sorento from Kia West just over 2 yea If you are looking to purchase a Kia, I would highly recommend Applewood Kia Langley. I had purchased a 2014 Kia Sorento from Kia West just over 2 years ago and have been regretting it until I met Ben and his staff. Kia West and Applewood Kia are night and day. Kia West does not care about customers, all they want is for you to sign on the dotted line and xxxx off. They sold me warranties that they did not want to warrant when I had issues. I also dropped my ring under my seat and it fell in the AC vent. I brought my car to Kia West and paid for 2 hours of service to no prevail(I thought it was gone forever). I then decided to trade in my car to purchase a 2016 Sorento which I love, and asked Ben if he could just take a look to see if the ring was there, and he said "no problem, if it's there, we'll find it. Two days later I received a call from Ben and he say" Guess what I found? It was right there, took our guy 5 mins to find it". I was shocked, amazed and upset that Kia West couldn't find it and Applewood found it in 5 mins at no extra costs (now that's customer service). Buying a car from a dealership is stressful. We as customers "hate" car sales people(they're like lawyers, dishonest and untrustworthy). At Applewood Kia Langley, I assure you that you will not feel this way. They will make your car buying experience a less-stressful lol, yet enjoyable experience. Trust me when I say coming from both Kia West and Applewood, that Ben and his staff at Applewood are the people to see. Sherman More
Beware of hidden costs We were looking at a SUV and hated having to play all the usual waiting games with the salesman and then later in the financing department-- the up-s We were looking at a SUV and hated having to play all the usual waiting games with the salesman and then later in the financing department-- the up-selling for unnecessary add-ons and then hidden costs on the final documents. Beware of the 'documentation fee' and the 'safety bundle'. Would have been almost $1400.00 in additional fees!! An example: included in the 'safety bundle' was the cost of tinted windows which in their brochure was listed as an included feature. The salesman and financing department did not seem to communicate, but in the end this just came off looking like another money grab scam. Shame this dealership can't conduct business with more honesty and integrity. More

We had an overall great experience at Kia, the only issue I had was we were told one price and after everything was signed it ended up being 18$ more bi-weekly than we were told. We went in saying dont go over our payment of 186$ bi weekly. they came back with 199. which ok is 13$ but when all said and done it was 217.77$ bi-weekly. I still would recommend Kia I was just upset with the total not being what they told me. More

Being a female I'm always nervous about being taken advantage of when it comes to cars but I never felt that way with Matthew. He's very warm and comes across very trustworthy and makes you feel comfortable immediately. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and if you want a salesperson you can trust then I recommend dealing with Matthew. More
Our experience with Zora was simply wonderful from start to finish. Zora put my wife and I (and our expectant baby to be!) first throughout the entire process. Our salesperson was terrific! Loved her positive attitude and she was genuine in wanting to help us get the car we wanted at the price we wanted.
