I took my sportage in for regular service. 5 hours for a oil change! I think asked to put in a claim for a couple small exterior. The advisor get away told me there would be a problem. My claim was rejected without inspection. I called to complain. The service manager hung up one. Things are definitely not so good at Applewood. More
