This is the second car I’ve purchased from Applewood Kia in the last 8 years. The quality of my first Kia and the services I’ve had at Kia dealerships in the 8 years I owned it, brought me back. Chase Tait in the last 8 years. The quality of my first Kia and the services I’ve had at Kia dealerships in the 8 years I owned it, brought me back. Chase Tait helped me pick out just the right car. He was polite and professional at all times. I never felt any pressure to buy. My previous purchase 8 years ago, and this most recent one, were both very positive experiences. I took my sportage in for regular service. 5 hours for a oil change! I think asked to put in a claim for a couple small exterior. The advisor get away told me there would be a problem. My claim was rejected without inspection. I called to complain. The service manager hung up one. Things are definitely not so good at Applewood. More

Major price gougers! Strung me along for 3 months after taking a deposit and giving me a quote at MSRP for an "incoming" 2022 Sorento. When it came time and the vehicle arrived, the salesman I dealt with, Dan Green, kept having phone issues and was too busy to answer so he passes me off to his manager Vinh. Vinh says the price has gone up by $5K and they won't budge. I decided to take my deposit back after no remorse or empathy was shown for basically misleading me and lying. Then the salesman texts (I saved a screenshot) me and tells me that the dealership "wanted me to cancel" and that they had multiple back up deals on that vehicle and that it sold for $68,000 after tax. I've told about 100 people about this, and nothing against KIA, but Applewood Langley is the definition of shady, they mislead, lie and show no remorse. They ate ruining the KIA brand. Beware if you have a deposit with them, they'll add their profit fee (market adjustment fee) and surprise you when it comes time to purchase. Avoid these slimeballs at all costs! More
