I wish I could leave a 5 star review but I didn’t have the experience I was hoping for considering I waited well over a year for the vehicle but instead I was treated like I didn’t matter it wasn’t until the experience I was hoping for considering I waited well over a year for the vehicle but instead I was treated like I didn’t matter it wasn’t until a different sales person stepped in and saved the sale. If it wasn’t for her I would have walked out. The finance guy and the insurance guy were awesome. I also tried to reach out to the manage to try to resolve the issue about my experience and give him a chance to make things right but he didn’t seem to care. I guess I’ll have to voice my concerns to Kia Canada. More

I went to buy a new car but was very disappointed. They had a $5000 mark up added to the quote. Iwent to other dealers and thier mark up was no more than $1800.
